Trust Center

Trust Center: verifiable information about OMC

A direct selling system holds your members' data and your money flows. This page lists what you can verify yourself, how the system separates access to data, and what to agree on clearly in the contract.

Your members' data and your business data

Member and transaction data in the direct selling system belongs to the client company. Source code rights, the service model, hosting and backups are set out in each project's agreement — ask about them and put them in writing before work starts.

We do not show client names, screens or data without permission. Information you enter in this website's forms is used only to contact you, as described in the privacy policy.

How access is separated in the OMC system

Existing functions — you can see them during a demo

  • Staff permissions per menu Decide who can view, add, edit or delete in each menu.
  • Members see only what they should Members see their own and their team's data as the company decides.
  • Traceable Every bonus can be traced to its bill, and changes to key data are logged for review.

Security questions to ask before you sign

We answer these per project during the demo and in the agreement. You can use this list with any provider.

  • Where is the server, and who can access it?
  • How often are backups taken, how long are they kept, and has a restore been tested?
  • Is HTTPS used for both the back office and the member back office?
  • When an employee leaves, how is access removed, and can past changes be reviewed?
  • If we stop the service, in what format and how quickly do we get our data back?
  • Which parts of Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) does the system help with, and which are the company's own duty?

Direct selling law: whose duty is it?

Registering a direct selling business and filing the compensation plan is the operator's duty with Thailand's Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB). OMC is a software developer: the system calculates the plan the company sets and helps prepare system information, but it does not make a plan legal by itself.
