Operating realities a direct selling system must handle
Direct selling in Thailand is regulated under the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545 and its amendments, and companies register with the OCPB. The registration itself is your company's task, but the way you run the business afterwards depends heavily on your records: who your distributors are, what was sold, at what price, and what was paid out.
Day-to-day operations add their own demands. Many members still prefer to buy at a branch rather than online. Stock moves between head office and branches. Parcels go out and need to be tracked until they arrive. Promotions change monthly. A direct selling system that only knows about the genealogy tree leaves your staff to handle everything else by hand.

Does the system make us compliant with Thai law?
No software can do that on its own. Compliance depends on how your company registers and operates. The system helps by keeping clear records of members, sales and payouts. Our OCPB page is a general guide, not legal advice.
Can the system handle members who buy at a branch?
Yes. Branch sales, branch stock and branch receipt of deliveries are part of the branch and stock modules.

Can the plan change after launch?
