MLM System
One MLM system,
from sign-up to payout
An MLM system is more than a genealogy viewer. It is the chain that links a new member, their first order, the points it carries, the bonus it creates and the payment that reaches the right person. OMC designs that chain so every step is recorded and every number can be traced.
- Members, orders, points and commissions share one database
- Clear audit trail from order to bonus
- Head office, branch and member views
- Configured for your plan and your operations
Why the whole system matters more than any single feature
Most problems in network marketing operations do not come from a missing feature. They come from gaps between tools: orders taken in one place, stock counted in another, and commissions worked out in a spreadsheet that someone exports every month. Each hand-off is a chance for a number to change, and when a distributor questions a bonus, nobody can show where it came from.
A complete MLM system closes those gaps. When a member places an order, the same record updates stock, assigns PV and BV, feeds the commission run and shows up in reports. Staff work from the same data your distributors see in their back office, so disputes become a matter of looking up the record rather than arguing about it.
OMC builds MLM systems for companies in Thailand, from new brands preparing to launch to established direct-selling businesses replacing an older platform. We start with how your business actually runs, then decide which modules belong in your system and how they connect.
How the system flows
From a new member to a paid bonus
A simplified view of the data path inside an MLM system set up by OMC.
-
Register and place
A new member signs up under a sponsor and is placed in the genealogy tree according to your plan's placement rules.
-
Order and pay
The member orders products and pays by e-credit wallet or a connected payment gateway. Stock is deducted at the selling branch.
-
Assign points
Each product carries PV/BV. Points can be applied straight away or held and allocated later through Hold PV.
-
Calculate commissions
The commission engine runs daily, per round or monthly, applying your qualification and payout rules.
-
Pay and report
Bonuses are credited, withdrawals are processed, and management reviews the period through reports and Excel exports.

FAQ
MLM system questions
What is the difference between an MLM system and MLM software?
People use the terms loosely. We use "system" to mean the full set of modules working together, including stock, branches, wallets and reports, not only the genealogy and commission screens.
Can the system run several branches?
Yes. Branch management covers branches in Thailand and abroad, with branch stock, branch receiving of deliveries and reports per branch.
Who can see what inside the system?
Staff permissions are set per menu, with separate rights to view, add, edit and delete. Members only see their own data and their own team.
Can we start small and add modules later?
Yes. Many companies launch with members, orders and commissions, then add stock, branches or extra reports as they grow. We plan the first scope so later additions fit cleanly.
Our plan includes Board or Stair Step bonuses. Is that possible?
Board and Stair Step structures are available as a custom configuration. Send us the plan and our team will confirm how it would work in your system.
